Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Manual vegetable cutter was found to have dried tomato on the hand piece.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use to prevent potential cross contamination. Hand piece was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -16C.
-Sandwich prep cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Counter top cooler was at 4C.
-Both dairy dispensers were at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods are cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Eggs held at ambient temperature for 2 hours - time label present. Eggs discarded if not used within 2 hours.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 74C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pails were at 200ppm. Pails are changed every 2 hours. Time stamps were not present on containers.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser at the 3-compartment sink was at 200ppm.
-Ice capp attachments sanitized in 200ppm Quats sanitizer after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods covered and stored off the ground.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent valid until June 08, 2026.
