Corrective Action(s): Operator turned up unit and samosas were at 63 deg C by end of inspection. As discussed, ensure to always keep samosas at 60 deg C or greater in the hot holding unit.

Handsink in front sweets area and in kitchen equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-Walk in cooler: 3 deg C
-Prep cooler : 3.9 deg C (inserts at 5-7 deg C but in use, As discussed, ensure not to fill inserts more than halfway)
-Sliding Glass door cooler: 2.1 deg C
-Upright glass door freezer: -12 deg C
-Chest freezer at -17 deg C
-Sweets display cooler 3.8 deg C
Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual on rinse cycle at dish level
No signs of pests at time of inspection
-Bleach water rag bucket at 100 ppm chlorine residual
