Comments

Follow up inspection:
-Dishwasher was re-serviced and a part was replaced as per Operator.
-Dishwasher was run twice at the time of inspection and the "ready to use" indicator light turned on relatively quicker between the two loads. Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at 71.6 degrees C and 73.4 degrees C (71 degrees C or hotter) at the plate level.
-Operator has a waterproof thermometer with a mode button on-site to monitor the maximum temperature during the final rinse cycle. Continue to monitor the dishwasher final rinse temperature on a regular basis to ensure it is achieving the sanitizing standard.
-200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available. Reminder: Ensure to obtain Quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer test strips to regularly monitor the sanitizer concentration.
-Disposable liner over the dishwasher and lower surface of a table was removed.
-Operator was inquiring about vaccine cards during the inspection. Information was provided from the Order of the Provincial Health Officer Food and Liquor Serving Premises - September 10, 2021. This Order will be emailed to the Operator along with this inspection report.
