=BOH and FOH handwash stations stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
=display cooler (sandwich 4C, dessert 4C), bar cooler (2C), and BOH double door glass cooler (1C) measured < 4 degrees C
=Upright double freezer measured -11C and 18C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 78.5 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Sanitizer solution at 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles and in containers for wiping cloths
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, though some cleaning required at the hot chocolate station back splash.
=No evidence of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
=Ice machine was maintained in a sanitary manner
=Staff hygiene satisfactory at the time of inspection; manager FOODSAFE certification on site, good to 2025 (ZE).

note: 4 person tables indoors are placed too close together. Operator must ensure that all table seating has 2m minimum distance (while patrons are seated) from other table seating. Adjust facility seating to ensure that minimum distances are adhered to as per Order of the Provincial Health Officer.
