Observation: Back storage space (outside of the facility, but still inside of the building) had a few rodent droppings (8-10) observed on floor. 3-5 rodent droppings were also observed inside the facility, near back entrance. No droppings were observed in food prep/front serving area. Food stored in pest proof containers.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed. Sanitize affected areas using bleach. Keep the backdoor closed at all times.

Observation: Back door leading to the hallway/stairs of the building left open at his time. When closed, a gap was observed underneath the door.
Corrective Action(s): Install a doorsweep. Ensure to keep the door closed at all times as reiterated at this time. [CORRECT BY: Friday June 30, 2023]

Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C.
- Thermometer monitoring system in place.
NOTE: Front dairy cooler under a repair. No food stored in the unit at this time. OK.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.7'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 2 comp sink equipped properly.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.

General maintenance and sanitation of the facility satisfactory at this time.
