Routine Inspection conducted with the presence of kitchen staff. - General sanitaiton was good. - 2 Hand wash stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Walk-in cooler 2.4C. Walk-in freezer = -22.8c. - Upright cooler 3.8C. - No Hot holding at time of inspection. - Prep sink equipped with hot/cold running water. - QUATs sanitizer at dispenser and in buckets tested 200 ppm. Wiping cloth stored in sanitizer solution. - High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 75.4 C at dish level after final rinse cycle. - Meat slicer no longer in use. Facility order sliced meat products from GSF. - All food properly stored. - No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
