Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tapioca pearls were not time tracked at the time and were stored under ambient room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Tapioca pearls must be time tracked properly and discarded every 4 hours when stored under ambient room temperature. Records of the time tracking must be available for review.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food surface sanitizer not prepared. The red sanitizing bucket was empty at the time.
Corrective Action(s): Staff filled the sanitizing bucket with 100 ppm bleach sanitizer. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces with the fresh food sanitizer. When facility is in operation, food surface sanitizer must be readily available for use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Broom was stored in front of the back kitchen hand washing station obstructing its pathway.
Corrective Action(s): Do not stored any objects in front of hand washing station. Hand washing station must be free of obstruction and readily available to facilitate hand washing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff prepared drinks and did not properly wash hands after service at the cash register.
Corrective Action(s): After service at the cash register, staff must wash their hands properly before switching to any drink preparation.

- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
