-Hand sink properly supplied with liquid soap & paper towels.
-Dispensers working properly.
-Extra display cooler & upright freezer have been removed.
-Sandwich cover, display cooler, and domestic cooler were at 4C or colder.
-Freezers measured at -18C or colder.
-Accurate thermometers available.
-All surfaces durable, smooth, non-porous, easily cleanable.
-High-temperature dishwasher reached 76.8C at dish surface during rinse cycle.
-Quat sanitizer solution available at 200ppm in labelled spray bottle.
-Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100ppm in labelled spray bottle.
-Chlorine test strips available. Quat test strips on order.
