- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available
- Certificate of Analysis was reviewed for dark & milk chocolate (recent reports show negative salmonella)
- Employee hygiene is satisfactory (hair & beard nets, shoe covers, gowns, nitrile gloves available)
- Foods are stored off of floor
- Pest control is in place (service is received twice a month)
- No pest activity observed at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is good
- Discussed cleaning & sanitizing procedures for equipment
- Checks & balances in place for any potential physical contamination (broken pieces of plastic, glasses etc.)
- Operators are SQF & HACCP certified
