Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TPAU-DBVSFW).

- Thorough cleaning of the facility has been conducted.
- Existing rodent droppings have been removed.
- No pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Operator stated that the issue was discussed with the pest control company and additional traps have been placed throughout the facility.
- Operator confirmed that regular monitoring has been conducted and any new pest activity is cleaned immediately.
- Gaps/holes have been sealed.

- Meat department was not in operation at the time of inspection.

As discussed, continue monitoring for new pest activity and inform your pest control company. Seal any potential entry points and keep facility in sanitary manner to prevent the pest harborage inside the facility.
