Observation: Sandwich prep cooler was at 6 deg C. There was no food stored inside. Staff indicated that it had not been serviced.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, the sandwich cooler must consistently maintain an internal temperature of 4 deg C or less. Foods have been placed into other working coolers currently, but this is not a permanent solution. Have the sandwich cooler serviced/adjusted, or remove any items from menu that require use of this cooler (and remove the cooler).
