Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at all sinks.
-Temp. all coolers & freezers are all satisfactory (<4 oC and < -18 oC respectively).
-Temperature of creamers are satisfactory at time of visit.
* Accurate thermometers are available in all coolers except the upright sliding door cooler in back
-No sign of pests noted.
- Good food storage & excellent food protection noted
- Foods are labelled properly
- Quat sanitizer > 200 ppm in spray bottle.
- Dishwasher chlorine level > 50 ppm
- Ice machine clean & maintained properly
-Proper staff hygiene noted
*Temp log sheets in place and up to date, please ensure to include monitoring data for dishwasher (chlorine residual of at least >50 ppm at each cycle)
*Discussed proper hygiene (re- short finger nail, no nail polish, no fake nails) by food handlers
-General sanitation is very good at time of visit.
