Comments

A licensed pest control company has been retained for control of cockroach and mice pests. A copy of the work order received.
Continue the pest control visits at least every two weeks. Recommended setting up glue traps for cockroaches underneath entire dishwashing area and under the double wash sink.
-No signs of cockroaches seen at the time of inspection


Continue to clean the floors in all areas of the restaurant paying special attention to all corners.
Absolutely no food debris or grease or dirt build up should be left after the clean up.
Discard the greasy fryer baskets.
Remove moisture and food debris build up from around the hot water tanks.

-Seal or patch any holes, cracks or crevices in the walls and behind sinks.
-Re finish the wall behind the dishwasher so that it is non-absorbent and without any gaps/cracks.
-Rip out the old vinyl flooring in the staff washroom and replace with new flooring. Seal all gaps on floor wall junctions.
-A locker or cabinet must be provided to store employee clothing and belongings.
-Refinish the broken sections of the wall behind the sink.
-The fume hood must be cleaned to remove excessive grease build up.

THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT ORDER IS STILL IN EFFECT. ALL OF THE ABOVE CORRECTIONS MUST BE MADE WITHIN A MONTH.
Failure to address the issues in a timely manner may result in issuance of violation ticket.
