Quats dispensed from dispenser at neighbouring facility (Samz Pub). Quats sanitizer must be at 200 ppm. New quats sanitizer solution was handmixed at time of inspection and achieved 200 ppm. Corrective Action(s): Obtain quats test strips and/or pre-mixed quats solution for spray bottle. Violation Score: 5
