Comments

-Premises maintained in a sanitary condition. Note: Some minor areas of the premises that were showing signs of wear: operator mentioned that they are waiting for approval to have the entire cabinets replaced. The small dents in walls where drywall was exposed from previous inspection report: the section of drywall above the sink at the back was covered with stainless steel.
-Handsinks supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Bathrooms hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Foods in coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder).
-Ice machine appears clean/maintained. The building maintenance is responsible for cleaning it monthly. Scoop stored in holder.
-High temperature dishwasher was functioning and met sanitizing requirement. Final rinse was 76.3C at dish surface.
-Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present in spray bottles for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of the inspection.
