Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-CDWTNT.
The following violation have been corrected in report#JCHY-CDWTNT
-No garbage bags observed to be used as food storage in the stand-up freezer. Stand-up freezer measured at -23C.
-Observed pickled peppers, mangoes, carrots made on-site stored under room temperature during lunch rush. Educated staff that picked peppers, mangoes, carrots made on-site must be used up within 2 hours. No Food Safety Plan to determine whether they are shelf stable.
-No cooked rice observed to be hot-held. Operator informed that rice are to be reheated to order.
-Improvement made underneath the worktable beside the dishwashing pit, gas stove range regarding food debris accumulation.
-Ceiling of the walk-in cooler observed to be cleaned and sanitized of black debris.


-Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer bucket for the kitchen measured at 200ppm chlorine.
-2 trays Barfi observed to be stored under room temperature in a display cooler that is not turned on that measured at 17C air ambient temperature. Operator informed that barfi will be stored under room temperature for 2 hours in which they will be put back into the walk-in cooler. Inspector informed that temperature logs must be maintained on number of trays barfi are to be put under room temperature, time at which it was out, and label which trays have been put out. All barfi trays out at room temperature must be used only once.

Correction Order issued due to non-complance of providing acceptable Food Safety Plan satisfactory to the health inspector.
