Observation: A carton of eggs was stored above a container of fried rice in the prep cooler close to the kitchen entrance.

Corrective action: Ensure raw food items such as raw eggs are always stored below any potentially hazardous food such as fried rice. Place the carton of eggs below the fried rice dontainer in the prep cooler immediately. This ensures potentially hazardous food is not contaminated by any raw food items stored above.

General comments:
-All food items stored in prep coolers are properly covered

-Handwashing sink beside the dishwashing area in the kitchen is in good working order. (i.e. sink basin is not plugged at the time of inspeciton).

-Handwashing sink in the men's washroom is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towel.

-Floors in hard-to-reach areas in both the walk-in cooler and the dry storage room are clean and free of debris buildup
