Follow up inspection was conducted for health approval. The following corrections have been made: - Both owners are registered for FoodSafe level 1 - Revised Food Safety Plan has been submitted. - Probe thermometers are in place - A handsink has been installed in the main cooking area. The handsink is supplied with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels. - The current light fixtures are designed in a way that prevents shattering. - New racks have been purchased - A plastic cutting board is being used on top of the wooden cutting board that has cracks., Note: Ensure that all coolers are equipped with working thermometers. Health approval is given. The operator paid $187.50 in cheque.
