Both handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and singe-use paper towels.
Proper handwashing practices were observed.
Upright double-door cooler and under-the-counter cooler were at or below 4 degrees C (measured at 3.9 and 0.9 degrees C respectively).
Upright double-door freezer and chest freezer were at or below -18 degrees C.
Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers.
Food storage areas appeared clean.
No hot-holding was occurring at the time of inspection.
Chef informed that they have not used the hot-holding units in the dining area during the COVID-19 pandemic and currently only use the hot-holding units in the kitchen.
Digital probe thermometer was available on-site.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at or above 71 degrees C (measured at 73 degrees C) at the plate level.
2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside a labelled spray bottle. Sanitizer dispenser was available in the janitorial closet room.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Pest control program is in place on a weekly basis. Most recent service was today based on the pest control report.
Chef had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course training (expiration date: June 29, 2023).

Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
