Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottle had >200ppm chlorine measured. Staff was advised to reprepare the solution at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have only 1/2 tsp of bleach per 1L of water to prepare 200ppm chlorine solution. Use this solution to have all prep surfaces sanitized every morning and during operation.

Observation: Walk-in freezer had ambient air temperature measured at -12'C. Thick ice build-up observed. Door was left open at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all ice build-up removed. Defrost unit on a regular basis. Do not leave door open as discussed at this time.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floor under dishwashing sink. Sticky traps observed inside walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have all droppings removed every morning and affected areas sanitized using bleach. Provide a copy of the recent pest control inspection report to the health inspector.
