209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation: Two small pre-filter catch basins in kitchen that are plumbed to the ice machine are coated in green algae, the last filter in this line is missing. Corrective Action(s): Contaminated filters to be cleaned and sanitized and missing filter replaced. Increase frequency of inspection of filters and make sure that all filters are in good condition at all times. Copy of the work order provided, dispatcher advised that technician will be on-site within 24 hours. Violation Score: 9
