Follow up inspection to the report JGUU-CAJUJ9 was conducted:
Food safety plan for the lamb dish reviewed on site. The manager re-trained the cooks with the proper procedure.
Noted thawing meat under the cold running water with its original packaging.
Hot holding unit's temperature is adjusted. Ready-to-eat foods stored in this unit was measured at or above 60C.
No issues noted with food storage practice in the walk in cooler.

No other issues noted at this time. Signature was not collected due to COVID 19.
