HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 9
Critical Hazards: There are no critical hazards.
Non-Critical Hazards: Total Number: 1
308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation:
1) The glasswasher had 0ppm [I2] and it appears the soap and Iodine dispensing pumps are not working as per manufacturer's specifications. The glasses are not being washed and sanitized to remove germs.

2) The 2 sink taps in the bar area are constantly dripping. Water is pooling and this is creating a moist environment which flies will breed in.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Immediately stop using the glasswasher, and use the dishwasher in the "Concession" or "Outtakes" areas to wash and sanitize glassware. Place a sign on the machine so staff do not use the glasswasher. Call a service company in to fix the machine, so it is operating as per the manufacture's specifications and the [I2] is 12.5ppm. When the glasswasher is fixed, contact our office to schedule a follow-up inspection.
**Correction date: Mar. 1/24**

2) Immediately call a certified plumber in to repair/replace the taps in the bar area, so they do not constantly drip.
