Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing measured at 100ppm chlorine.
Chest freezer and stand-up freezer measured at -18C or lower. Double door glass cooler and beverage cooler measured at 4C.
Monthly Pest Control Company contracted.
Underneath hard to reach areas observed to be in sanitary condition.
