General observations noted during the inspection.
1 Temperature
All coolers (beverage and sandwich display cooler) maintained at 4C or colder.
Dairy dispenser maintained at 3C.
Swirl soft serve maintained at 4C.
Walk-in cooler maintained at 4C.
Inserts for the condiments and cheese maintained at 4C or colder.
Mac and cheese, sausages and other hot food items maintained at 60C or warmer.
All freezers (ice-cream chest freezer, upright ice-cream freezer) measured at -18C or colder.
Thermometers observed in refrigeration units.
Temperature log in use and updated four times per day.

2. Sanitation
All handsinks equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towel.
NOTE: Paper towel dispenser in the back area by 3-compartment sink is not dispensing paper towel. Staff is aware and will fix dispenser within 1-2 days.
Washroom observed to be in sanitary condition.
Three compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual warewashing. Staff is knowledgeable on how to set up the 3-compartment sink and has test strips to verify sanitizer concentration.
Swirl soft serve, coffee machine and hot chocolate machine observed to be in sanitary condition and cleaned/sanitized daily as per the staff.
Surface sanitizer observed to be available (Alamprocine)

3. food storage/dry storage
All foods observed to be stored off the floor.
Random foods, eg. eggs and dairy, checked for expiry dates and observed to be not expired.

4. Pest control
No pest activity detected during time of inspection.
Professional pest control company services the premise on a routine basis.

5. Administrative
-Permit posted in visible location.
One staff onsite with current and valid FOODSAFE level 1 and equivalent training (expires Jan 23, 2026).
