Some improvement noted in dealing with mice issue. Floors looked clean in the kitchen No mice droppings noticed in dry storage areas. However the following additional steps are required to prevent harborage (hiding spaces) of mice. 1. All dishes, underspaces, shelving and floors underneath fridges and equipment must be cleaned and disinfected with bleach. 2. Seal all holes and gaps to prevent entry and harborage of mice. 3.Ensure to monitor for new droppings and clean all hard to reach areas. 4. All pots and pans must be cleaned and disinfected through dishwasher A follow up inspection will be conducted to ensure complance.
