QUATs dispenser, sanitizer bucket, and spray bottle measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
Prep cooler, stand-up coolers, and beverage cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -18C. Buffet hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Large rice cooker measured at 74C. FoodSafe Level 1 operator on-site.
General sanitation satisfactory.
No signs of pests observed.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
