Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATS as per test strip. All coolers measured at 4C or less. All freezers measured at -18C or less. Hot holding measured at 60C or higher. Low temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 50-100 ppm chlorine at the plate level. Ice machine in sanitary condition. General food storage practice is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Staff with FoodSafe Level 1 is on site. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions regarding this report.
