Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked rice was noted at 27.0C in the rice cooker.
Corrective Action(s): As per operator, he was using the rice cooker to reheat the rice. Rice has been placed in the rice cooker for about half an hour. Operator has moved the rice to the microwave to reheat during the inspection. Please reheat all rice in a microwave and ensure that it reaches 74.0 prior to placing in a preheated rice cooker.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No soap was available from the soap dispenser in one of the washrooms.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Operator added soap to the soap dispenser and soap was available. Ensure all handwash stations are accessible and equipped with liquid soap and paper towel at all time.

Observation: Raw eggs were observed stored over produce in one of the upright refrigeration units.
Corrective Action(s): Move the raw eggs to a lower shelf or store away from cooked food or ready-to eat food.
Follow proper storage hierarchy for food storage with raw eggs and raw meat below and away from produce and cooked food.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations (except for one of the washrooms) were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Proper dispensers noted for bulk food containers. Stored in a manner where handles were not in contact with food.
Sanitizer spray bottle available. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected in the spray bottle.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. Operator knows to sanitize dishwares after cleaning.
Did not observe any pest activities during inspection. As per operator, a pest control company comes to the facility once a month for inspection and service - no signs of pest activities noted from the last two reports.
Operator has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certification.
