-Follow-up to Public Health Act Closure Order issued June 20, 2016. -Rodent droppings were still found in the facility. Operator has not thoroughly removed all droppings. Operator was also observed vacuuming droppings - discussed with operator proper cleaning and sanitizing previously. Do not vacuum rodent droppings. -Operator has contact Professional Pest Control All Catch Pest Control. Report states facility has a infestation and glue traps have been set up in the facility. Operator did not retain pest control operator on contract - operator only hired professional pest control for a single service. A pest control contract is required in order to control pest infestation. -Conditions of the Public Health Act Closure Order has not been satisfied. Closure Order is to remain in effect - facility is to remain closed until the Closure Order has been rescinded. -Please contact the operator if you have any questions or concerns.
