Follow up inspection conducted to area EHO's routine inspection.
Chemical dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual on rinse cycle
Area/floors behind the chest freezers was clean, free of debris. Operator indicated all freezers were pulled out to conduct the deep thorough cleaning underneath/behind them. Ensure to maintain this level of sanitation.
