General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water*
- sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine
- dishwasher reached 71C at the final rinse cycle - obtain either thermolabels or a waterproof thermometer to monitor the dishwasher
- odour no longer emanating from grease trap near drinks station (grease trap re-sealed according to staff)
- rice scoop stored in ice water
- proper cooling observed (ice wand in use)
- ice machine in sanitary condition
- pop machine in sanitary condition

* Because the dispenser no longer automatically dispenses paper towel, paper towel must first be advanced using the knob on the side prior to handwashing *
