Follow-up inspection conducted:

Food Safety Plan submitted after the routine inspection. All foods approved except for Stirred fried noodles- Japchae.

Discussed with supervisor and Admin Manager at this time. Japchae to be prepared at-delivered from Coquitlam location in refrigerated truck and stored in cooler, until packaged. Once packaged, these will be time stamped for 2 hours only. All leftovers to be discarded. OK

-All coolers operating <4'C at this time.
-Rice cakes stored >60'C. Sundae in warmers to be time stamped for 2 hours only, as if stored above 60'C, the quality of food cannot be maintained. OK.

Discussed about selling deep fried chicken. Ensure to submit a Food Safety Plan regarding any new items to be added on the menu. Until then, only the current items can be offered for sale.


Again, any menu items stored in between 20-60'C must be discarded after 2 hours.
