Public Health Act Correction Order rescinded - floor plans given to EHO at time of inspection - a new pest control company has been hired to do biweekly visits. Service inspection report on site and available for review. You must follow their directions to increase sanitation/ cleaning frequency - a thorough inspection of kitchen walls revealed almost all access points have been sealed, including open West walls and old electric baseboard heater - a thorough cleaning has occurred in all rodent identified areas - flour bin was emptied, cleaned, inspected, and fitted with seals on the lid to prevent future entry. 1 more bag of flour was discarded during cleaning due to chew holes - garbage pile as been removed from South West corner. A temporary wooden wall has been placed over empty door space, and a door sweep has been fitted onto the existing door that can seal off that room. Good - "bride room" or extra kitchen room has unfinished walls and plywood flooring *Keep this door shut at all times as walls are torn apart, allowing for easy rodent access - Pot storage room has a large hole partially covered by a glue trap. Fill this hole to prevent further pest entry - keep side exit/access doors closed at all times, or fit with rodent proof screen - Jarnail to be in charge of daily cleaning enforcement with volunteers and chef on site
