Facility is still setting up for Rodeo.
Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
3-compartment sink used for manual warewashing.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
Thermometers available in all coolers and freezers.
QUAT sanitizer in bucket = 200 ppm.
Pest control in place.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
General cleanliness and maintenance satisfactory.
