-Handsinks have hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-2-compartment manual dishwashing used to sanitize equipment. Sink plugs available.
-Sanitizer solution measured at 100ppm chlorine using test strips.
-No signs of pest activity at time of inspection. Per staff, pest control company visits 1x per month.
-Overall sanitation is satisfactory.
-Foods stored off the ground and protected from contamination.
-Equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
-FoodSafe certified staff on duty. Verified at time of inspection.
-Health permit posted in clear location.
