Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the time of inspection, no chlorine residual was recorded during rinse cycle of low temp mechanical dishwasher. This could result in inadequate sanitation of food contact surfaces which may result in potential pathogen growth and food contamination. 3 compartment dishwashing sink available and facility will be washing and sanitizing dishes/utensils by manual dishwashing until the dishwasher has been repaired. No dine-in services are provided by the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that all equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are adequately washed and sanitized.

Observation: Low temp mechanical dishwasher was run multiple times. No chlorine residual recorded during rinse cycle. Operator stated that he will have it serviced by next week.
Corrective Action(s): Please repair the dishwashing sink and ensure that it is maintained in good working order.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted.

Observations:
- Temperature of stand up cooler recorded at 4C.
- Chest freezer recorded at -19C
- Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS recorded in sanitizer spray bottle.
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher in place.

- 3 compartment dishwashing sink used for manual dishwashing of large utensils. Drain plugs and sanitizer bottle present.
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp January, 2026)
- Permit posted at the front.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Operator stated that pest control company conducts routine checks.

As discussed, a follow up inspection will be conducted to ensure dishwasher is maintained in good working order.
