-low temp dishwasher in good working order 50ppm detected
-overall sanitation of the facility very clean
-handwashing stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towel, hot and cold running water
***Due to a flood in the basement, facility was closed for 7 days***
-two new electrical hot water tanks installed after flood;***seems to have a leaking problem but hot water is still available for use***
-will return for a follow-up to ensure that all water issues have been resolved.
