Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hot water was turned off at the time of inspection. When turned on, hot water was available but was constantly leaking. When inquired, operator stated that the hot watre was turned off for that reason.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to turn on the hot water and leave it on for proper hand washing. Required operator to fix the hot water tap so that it does not leak. Operator will use the lever below the sink to get access to hot water until fixed.
