Observation: - Mold/mildew and splatter of food (drinks) noted on interior of ice machine
Correction: - Empty ice from basin and discard. Clean and sanitize interior of ice machine according to manufacturer's instructions. [Correction date: today]
Comments

- Interior of ice machine has been cleaned. Manager reported schedule for cleaning has been implemented.
- Manager present and has completed Foodsafe level 1 training. Certificate present and valid until April 2021.
- Storage area has been re-organized and supplies are stored on shelving off of the floor. Ensure floor area is kept clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest control.
- Floor under ice machine has been cleaned. Food spills/splatter has been cleaned.

Pending issue:
- Unsealed wood open cabinet/shelving under espresso machine and handsink require sealing and painting. Some painting has been completed; however, the surface is still rough and not fully sealed. Surface must be smooth, impervious and washable. Ensure suitable paint/sealant is used. Upper shelving in dry storage area also requires/sealing/painting. Send email to confirm once complete.
