Corrective Action(s): You must be using a suitable sanitizer such as bleach at >100ppm chlorine residual whenever the food contact surfaces are contaminated and minimally between shifts (see how the Take-Out area is cleaning food surfaces) Violation Score: 5

209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bug zapper AGAIN observed in front of the Walk-in cooler in the back area. This was cited back in the last routine inspection back on September 18, 2020. Continued contravention will require increased enforcement: ticket(s) at $345 per infraction Corrective Action(s): Remove the bug zapper -do not use in or around food areas, the exploding insects will contaminate the surrounding area.
