2. Raw wood observed in various areas including in the ceiling and underneath the stand up cooler.

General comments:
-General sanitation is satisfactory
-All coolers at <4c
-All freezers at <-18c
-Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
-Bleach solution available for sanitizing food contact surfaces
*Ensure this is prepared by mixing 1/2 teaspoon and 1L water to achieve the correct concentration
-No signs of pests observed during inspection.
*Minor renovations were done. Floor plans received.
*Ventilation system is required for the stove if foods cooked will produce smoke, grease, vapors, etc. Contact fire department for details on the ventilation requirements.
-Reminder to staff certified in Foodsafe Level 1 prior to July 29, 2013 - Certification will expire on July 29, 2018 Ensure you are recertified before that date.
*Slush machine added. Cleaning procedures added to the sanitation plan.
