Routine inspection conducted - Hand wash stations are all stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water - All coolers are at 4C and below - All freezer units are at -18C - Hot holding unit is holding pizza at 60C - 3 compartment sink is used appropriately - QUAT sanitizer in both spray bottles and sink dispenser achieve 200ppm.
