- Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration
- No pest activity observed during inspection
*Discussed temporary measures in place while water supply is temporarily unavailable. City maintenance crews working outside the building indicate that the water will be shut-off for approximately 2 hrs. Staff collected potable water prior to the water being shut-off to use for hand-washing purposes until water supply is restored.
*Ensure employees are frequently washing their hands using the temporary methods discussed during inspection (potable water, soap, then drying hands with paper towels).
