Observation: 2 comp sink used for handwashing not supplying hot water. Bar of soap is being used for handwashing. Staff was not able to provide paper towels. Toilet paper being used for drying hands.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure that hot water is turned on so that the sink can provide water to effectively clean hands from grease. Provide disposable paper towels for the sink. Use liquid soap instead of soap bars for hand washing as soap bars can retain bacteria and cause contamination across uses
