An email was sent to new owner outlining requirements for approval to be granted, no response was received. Premise open and operating, staff onsite stated change of ownership occurred last week but did not receive previously mentioned email. Reviewed email address, email address was incorrect. - inspection conducted, no deficiencies noted with physical premise - correction order issued for outstanding administrative items.
