- Routine inspection conducted.
- Clients bring their own food to be stored and reheated by staff. Sometimes pre-made food is also purchased from approved sources, portioned, and frozen for later to reheat for clients.
- Hand sink (at three-compartment sink) in main kitchen and hand sink downstairs properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 73C at the dish surface during final rinse. Good - minimum of 71C at the dish surface required.
- Coolers measured at 4C or colder. Chest freezer (downstairs) measured at -22C. Thermometers available, and temperature logs well-maintained.
- Bleach available for sanitizing food-contact surfaces. *Reminder: mix 1/2 tsp of regular, non-scented bleach per litre of water for proper concentrations.
- General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
- Staff members have valid Foodsafe certifications.
