2. Left walk in frezer light bulbs missing protective cover
Corrective Action(s): The noted infractions are repeated during the inspection. Ensure all food is stored off the ground to protect food from contamination. Ensure all light bulbs have protecteve covers over bulbs to protect food from potential broken bulbs. Correct immediately.
