Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CZSTHX. All violations in report#JCHY-CZSTHX have been corrected: -Underneath the cookline and shelving unit in the dry storage area next to the ice machine observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure that underneath hard to reach areas are cleaned on a daily basis. Thorough cleaning underneath the cookline to be conducted on a weekly basis to prevent build-up of food and grease. Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
