Follow up inspection conducted: - Pest control company is in place and the report is available for review. - Premises is now maintained in sanitary conditions - Cookline and behind heavy equipment is clean and all the grease is now removed - All food items are well covered - General sanitation has improved - Bleach solution is available and concentration is 100ppm NOTE: Monitor the pest activity and clean hard to reach areas on regular basis. Keep pest control company reports on-site for review and ensure that the company is coming in on regular basis.
